On Thursday, teams across the United States will look to punch their tickets to the 2024 Little League Baseball World Series Regional Finals.

MIDWEST

Davenport (IA) vs. Sioux Falls (SD)

• Time: 1 p.m. ET
• Where: Central Region Headquarters (Whitestown, Ind.)

Despite losing to Webb City early on in the regional, Iowa’s offense has been fairly efficient. While they are 3-1 heading into Thursday, they have outscored their opponents 35-10. After coming on strong in the first two games of the tournament, South Dakota’s squad lost a tough battle to Missouri in the first semifinal on Wednesday.

Winner of this game advances to the championship game against Webb City on Friday.

MID-ATLANTIC

Washington (DC) vs. Salisbury (MD)

After getting smashed 13-1 in their regional opener, the team from the nation’s capital stayed alive by squeaking out a 1-0 win on Monday over Middletown (DE). After winning their first game of the regional, Salisbury was also handed a tough loss at the hands of Newtown (PA), losing 11-1 in the first semifinal.

Whoever comes out on top will get a second crack at the team from Pennsylvania in Friday’s final.

NEW ENGLAND FINAL

Portland (ME) vs. Salem (NH)

• Time: 7 p.m. ET
• Where: A. Bartlett Giamatti Little League Leadership Training Center (Bristol, Conn.)
• Channel: ESPN

Portland Little League is trying to become the second team from Maine in as many years to play in the LLBWS. They won their first two games, outscoring their opponents 13-1. The team Salem lost to at the beginning of the tournament was the team from Maine. After that, New Hampshire’s squad squeaked by with two wins, including a victory over Bridgeport (MA) in the second semifinal on Wednesday.

MOUNTAIN

Boulder (CO) vs. Henderson (NV)

• Time: 5 p.m. ET
• Where: Al Houghton Stadium (San Bernardino, Calif.)
• Channel: ESPN2

Despite losing their first game of the regional, Henderson has come back with two strong wins, eliminating Torrington (WY) and Billings (MT) by a combined score of 30-4. Boulder was served a slice of humble pie in the first semifinal, losing to St. George (UT) 16-2 on Tuesday.

Whichever team wins this game moves on to the championship game on Friday to face the team from Utah.

NORTHWEST FINAL

Eagle (ID) vs. Puyallup (WA)

• Time: 9 p.m. ET
• Where: Al Houghton Stadium (San Bernardino, Calif.)
• Channel: ESPN2

Eagle Little League has a chance to equal the success of its softball program, and that is to advance to the World Series. The baseball squad has won a couple of hard-fought games, outlasting Puyallup and Bend to move on to the final. After losing to Idaho’s team, Puyallup scored 25 runs over the last two games to get to the final. South Hill Little League is looking to become the fourth straight team from Washington state to advance to the World Series.
